Month-of Planning Package: Starting at  $4,000

Our Month-of Wedding Planning Package is the "Cat's Meow", perfect for couples who are able to do most of the planning themselves. They understand the basics of wedding planning and are comfortable booking the vendors themselves, but as their wedding day approaches, they would like a little time to relax and enjoy their last few weeks as an engaged couple. The Month-of Package really gives couples an opportunity to enjoy their bachelor/bachelorette parties, family coming into town, and gives the ease of mind that a professional is double checking their handy work. We will swoop in and take over, confirming all details with the other vendors and making sure you have time to take a step back and sip some champagne. 

The Month-of Package Includes:

• Preliminary consultation
• Up to two planning sessions including one walkthrough
• Unlimited email communication and advice throughout the planning process
• Acquire and confirm all event details with couple one month prior to wedding date
• Adjust final guestcount with all affected vendors
• Reach out to all wedding vendors to verify event details
• Create itinerary and schematics for wedding day
• Access to your event on the planning platform, Aisle Planner: includes budget spreadsheet, checklist, wedding timeline, and more!
• 2 hours ceremony rehearsal supervision
• One planner and an assistant planner on the event day for up to 12 hours
• Management and execution of all details on wedding day    
• Handle all unforeseen hiccups on the wedding day
• Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Please Note: A month-of coordinator will not re-negotiate any terms in contracts with vendors at this time, or at any other time prior to, during, or after your wedding day. All agreements should be finalized prior to the wedding.
